All Customer Service Representatives receive regular client training and are able to offer support in English, German, French and Spanish. When your test centre in activated, you will be issued with login details to our VUE Support Services website (VSS). Here, you will be able to access a real-time reporting section where you can log any technical queries you may have:

It will also provide you with test centre performance data, exam deliveries statistics, financial summaries, a breakdown of scores overall, specified demographic data and much more.



Please note: by default, all emails sent to the above email address are routed to the Americas support desk. Therefore, if your test centre is located in the Europe, Middle East and Africa or Asia Pacific regions, it might take a day (or more if it is close to the weekend) because of the time differences.
