What are vouchers?
Vouchers are prepaid exam certificates that enable testing centres, corporations, academic institutions and other organisations to save money.

Voucher Facts
- All vouchers are program specific.
- All vouchers are pre-paid. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- There is a minimum requirement of ten (10) vouchers per order. (May vary by certification sponsor).
- Some vouchers are available at discounted prices for large volume orders. (price list). Please note that these prices are subject to change at the discretion of the certification sponsor.
- Vouchers expire 12 months from the date they are issued. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended. The exam must be taken by the expiration date printed on the voucher.
- Depending on your region, vouchers may be ordered in soft copy (electronically delivered in a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet) or hard copy (paper vouchers delivered via U.S. first-class) format. Pearson VUE will levy a shipping fee for printed vouchers in EMEA equivalent to USD $1/voucher.

How do you purchase vouchers?
Payments for vouchers may be made with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or VISA), cheque, prepaid purchase order or bank transfer.
For faster service, payment with a credit card is recommended. (To be processed, orders must be submitted with complete payment information).
Voucher orders are usually fulfilled within two (2) business days from the time payment is processed. Electronic vouchers (electronically delivered in a Microsoft® Excel spreadsheet) will be emailed to you while paper vouchers will be sent via U.S. first-class mail and may take 2-5 working days to reach your destination.
