Technical Support
Our network of PPCs, PVTC Selects and PVTCs have access to VUE System Support (VSS). This is a technical helpline operating 24 hours a day from 3 separate locations, United Kingdom, US and India. The VSS staff are multilingual and available to help with any technical queries test centres may have.
We also provide access to the VSS website where test centres can view candidate feedback, view reports on their exam schedules and registrations as well as update their Pearson VUE software.
Test Delivery
For all approved centres, the appropriate equipment is supplied to suit the delivery of each test programme. To ensure that your test programme is delivered effectively, our network of PVTCs must sign a pre-arranged agreement, meet hardware and security requirements and provide a certified test Administrator. In addition to this, Pearson VUE performs on-going quality control measures, such as secret shopping visits, to ensure programme integrity.
