Each client is provided with a highly experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated Project Manager who is a qualified Prince2 Practitioner. Pearson VUE Project Managers are both instrumental in new client setup and in the provision of ongoing
e-Assessment services. Your Project Manager becomes an essential first contact for all programme related issues and escalations.
At the outset of a new client implementation, the Project Manager develops critical project documentation, including for example the Client Requirements Document and the Project Initiation Document (PID). These define the responsibilities of both parties and ensure that all aspects of the proposed service are accurately specified and agreed prior to the commencement of the project. It is our primary function to ensure that your expectations are fully documented and met.
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of your assessment to the required scope, quality and budget. Following set-up, the Project Manager will continue to manage your testing programme including any changes.
