This position will provide administrative and operational support for the non-staffing related operational management and fulfilment of the test centres, primarily in the UK but also in other locations within the EMEA region if required. In addition, this post will be involved in providing support to The Lighthouse building from a facilities perspective. |

- To assist with the day to day operations of the facilities team.
- Liaising with test centres (including IHTTCs) and offering assistance where possible with non-staffing related operational issues.
- System administration and related work for the IHTTC sites.
- Receipt and distribution of mail and consignments of equipment, both nationally and internationally.
- Liaising with suppliers to secure quotes for equipment and place orders.
- Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure all Facilities aspects of any client Contract Variance are completed.
- To assist with the control of the environment management systems in place.
- Providing reception cover when required.

Full details of these policies and procedures can be found on EQMS. Further advice/clarification can be obtained from your Line Manager.

- Process equipment orders, and communicate delivery points with both vendors and purchasing departments.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the test centres.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the mobile testing vehicles.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the management of DSA In-House Theory Testing Centres.
- Collect and distribute equipment from stock, both nationally and internationally.
- Stock Control.
- Manage and maintain the documentation required for all contractors and suppliers.
- Ad-hoc projects relating to facilities requirements in the Lighthouse, as delegated by Facilities Manager.

- Experience in an office based environment.
- Ability to deal with administrative tasks.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and associated packages, including Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to deal with differing team demands.

- Full, non-restrictive driving licence.
- Any prior facilities experience would be advantageous.

 |
- Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-6.00pm.
- Out of standard hours working may be required on occasion.
- Travel within the UK may be required.
