Paul Howarth
Managing Director, Pearson VUE EMEA
  

Paul Howarth was appointed Managing Director of Pearson VUE in 2005 with responsibility for managing the Europe, Middle East and African business.

He has held several technical and strategic positions within the Financial Times, Pearson PLC and Pearson Education. His priorities include delivering operational excellence to his customers and building new business in the region by leveraging the infrastructure of the world’s largest CBT program which is managed by Pearson VUE in the UK.


Paul holds an MA from Oxford University in Natural Science and an MBA from London Business School.

Fiona McBride
Finance Director, Pearson VUE EMEA  
  

Fiona joined Pearson VUE in May 2009 as Director of Finance for Europe Middle East and Africa.

She came from Kellogg’s where she worked for 11 years in a number of finance roles both at a European level and more recently as the Finance Director of Kellogg Company of Ireland.

Fiona has a degree in Economics and a PG in Business from Manchester Business School and is a qualified accountant.

Suzana Lopes
EMEA VP Sales and Marketing, Pearson VUE
  

Suzana leads the Pearson VUE Business Development and Marketing Division for Europe, Middle East & Africa.

She has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience within large organisations such as Oracle and Docent Corporation. Suzana has extensive experience working in e-Learning and Education areas. Leading a team of niche specialists she ensures that Pearson VUE continue to win ground-breaking contracts and maintain existing ones.

Michael Kayser
Director of Programme Management, Pearson VUE EMEA  
  
Michael held a number of positions within Pearson, including working in Germany and Canada before starting work within the UK education and computer-based testing market in 1998. At Pearson VUE, he is responsible for implementing and managing client programmes. His responsibilities cover the Programme Management and Product Teams for Pearson VUE EMEA. In addition, Michael is also responsible for the Exam Services Team, providing content management and psychometric support.

Jean Greenaway
Operations Director, Pearson VUE EMEA

 


Jean has held various operational senior management positions since she joined Pearson in April 2000. In 2004, she joined Pearson VUE as Customer Services Director and within her first year was instrumental in helping the business to obtain the ISO 9001, 27001, and the Customer Contact Association accreditations. More recently, Jean was the executive lead responsible for helping the business to achieve accreditation to BS25999, ISO 14001 and the recognised Government Customer Service Excellence award.

Jean took up the position of Pearson VUE Operations Director EMEA in 2007. She is responsible for all external customer service deliverables, Management Information and Compliance. Jean’s ability to identify and implement improvements to productivity and efficiency has enabled the business to reach its strategic operational goals.

Angela Adimora
Human Resources Director, Pearson VUE EMEA
   Angela joined Pearson VUE in 2007. She is responsible for creating and implementing the Human Resource Strategy focusing on attracting, retaining and developing the best people to enable Pearson VUE to reach its business and social responsibility goals. Angela has over 15 years experience working for both UK-based and international companies including Alfred McAlpine, Astra Zeneca, Peregrine Systems and Vodafone and has worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, large scale TUPE transfers, outsourcing contracts, Talent, Change Management and Leadership initiatives.        


She holds a Masters and Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Angela is also a Trustee of the Charity Off Centre.
