Candidate Registration via the Pearson VUE Contact Centre
In addition to the ever-increasing number of candidates who prefer to register online, candidate examination scheduling services are also provided via telephone through the Pearson VUE Contact Centre which receives up to 8,000 calls a day.
Our Contact Centre staff are multi-lingual and many countries offer free phone registration phone numbers. Staff are qualified to assist and accommodate multi-lingual examinations on a global scale.
Pearson VUE staff are trained in the specifics of every testing programme that we support to ensure that all aspects of your certification programme are accurately represented.
Our state-of-the-art Contact Centre provides scheduling services as well as other services to support candidates. Each of our 150 Contact Centre Representatives in the UK can quickly register candidates, collect payment or schedule and confirm appointments.
Walk-in Candidate Registration via Pearson VUE Test Centres
If your programme requires localised registration, our booking system is set up so that candidates can register to take their test directly at their local Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centres. Please note this service is not available at Pearson Professional Centres.
