Once you receive your ATT letter from CRCC, it is your responsibility to make an appointment to take the exam during the specified testing window. Exam appointments may be scheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Space at testing locations is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The exam/appointment testing time limit noted on Pearson VUE web pages reflects the total appointment time, including an NDA, exam time, and survey.

After you schedule your exam, Pearson VUE will send you a confirmation e-mail listing your exam date, your exam time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.

To schedule your exam, you will be required to create a Pearson VUE web account. When creating your account and scheduling your exam, you will need your CRCC candidate ID number. This number will be on your ATT letter and instructions letter.

Warning – Scheduling your exam a few days before or the day of the exam will not guarantee you a seat. CRCC strongly recommends you schedule your exam when you receive your authorization to test (ATT) letter.
