CPSD® Testing
The Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity® (CPSD®) is a professional designation for supply professionals who demonstrate knowledge, skills and expertise in supplier diversity. CPSD® is also for business professionals with responsibility for strategic diversity initiatives. This professional designation demonstrates to your employer, your colleagues, your suppliers and even your customers that you are serious about helping your organization and diverse suppliers succeed.
CPSD® Program Requirements
- Successfully pass the Supply Management Core Exam.
(This requirement is waived if the candidate holds a current C.P.M. or CPSM®.)
- Successfully pass the CPSD® Essentials in Supplier Diversity Exam.
- Have a minimum of five years of professional (nonclerical, nonsupport) supplier diversity or supply management experience (does not need to be full-time), OR three years of professional (nonclerical, nonsupport) supplier diversity or supply management experience IF the candidate has a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Scheduling
Before scheduling your exam appointment, you must register for the exam(s) with ISM. Register for the exam(s) at www.ismworld.org/certification-and-training/certification/cpsd/cpsd-getting-started/ or contact ISM’s Customer Service Department at +1 480-752-6276 option 8. Note: it may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase to be able to schedule your exam appointment.
Scheduled and rescheduled examinations will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of the rescheduled appointment, please contact Pearson VUE.
Reschedules and cancellations must be completed 24-hours prior to avoid forfeiting your exam fees. Pearson VUE will charge a fee for any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled 48-hours prior to the scheduled testing time. This fee is paid directly to Pearson VUE.
Retake Policy
You must wait a minimum of 30 days to retake an exam.
