NEAT Program Application

Prior to being able to register with Pearson VUE and schedule your testing appointment at test center, NEAT candidates must have already applied and been accepted into the NEAT Program. Once you are eligible you will receive an email from Pearson VUE that includes your eligibility time frame and instructions on how to schedule.

Scheduling

First-time test takers must create a Pearson VUE web account. To create your account, click on the Create account button on the right.

After you schedule your test, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email listing your test date, your testing time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.

You can schedule online or via phone with Pearson VUE up to 24 hours before your test time. SAME DAY scheduling MUST be done via phone to Pearson VUE at 1-800-483-3714.

What to Bring to Exam

You will need one valid form of identification. Please check for accepted forms. If you do not present a valid form of ID, you will be denied your scheduled test appointment.

Cancelling an exam less than 24 hours in advance will result in added exam fees (which are charged to NEAT). Scheduling changes must be made and confirmed by direct contact with Pearson VUE. Leaving a message on voicemail or email with NEAT or Pearson is not sufficient to reschedule your exam.
