for current test centres

Initially, the Tech and Test Administrator contacts listed on your agreement are assigned usernames and passwords. To change and/or add contacts:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

The first thing you will need to do as a new designated Test Administrator is to become trained and certified. Once you are trained and certified, you are ready to begin testing candidates.

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review the self-study training materials: Policies and Procedures Guide for Pearson VUE Authorised Test Centres.
  3. Complete the Test Administrator Certification Assessment.
  4. Schedule your certification assessment. Follow the instructions under Scheduling Certification Exams.

To add or update hours:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

To add a workstation:

  1. Log into the VUE Support System.
  2. Review Chapter 4 of the Policies and Procedures Guide.

  1. Contact your Channel Sales Representative to retrieve the form.
  2. The Channel Quality team will raise a case in ServiceDirect to document the requirements.
  3. Once your site has moved and is set up, attach new photos of your testing site directly to the case in ServiceDirect

If you are changing rooms, but your address is not changing:

  1. You do not need to fill out a change of address form.
  2. You still need to inform your Channel Sales Representative and attach new photos to the case in ServiceDirect.

 

  1. In the test centre search, set search criteria to show more than five test centres.
  2. Check your hours to make sure they accommodate the test’s length.
  3. If your site is still not listed, you may not be authorised to deliver exams for that client. Proceed as follows:

If your test centre has not yet transitioned to ServiceDirect:

Create a new client request case in ServiceDirect:
